Udi’s Gluten Free Bread has quickly become the number one gluten free brand in America.  Their mission is to provide you with the best gluten free food on the planet!  All of Udi’s products are certified gluten free and kosher.  Udi’s makes a line of bagels that come in flavors like plain, whole grain, and cinnamon raisin.  Their breads include white sandwich bread, cinnamon raisin bread, whole grain bread, Omega Flax and fiber bread, and millet-chia bread (and all of them really are gluten free)! They also make gluten free hamburger buns and hot dog buns.  Their cookies come in Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, and Snickerdoodle, and they also make Dark Chocolate Brownie Bites.  Try their gluten free muffins or muffin tops.  They also make granola, gluten free pizza crusts, and frozen pizzas.  You can buy some of Udi’s products from their website, (but you will have to seek out the rest in stores).  The products that are available online range in price from about $5.00 to around $7.00 for a single product.  You can get a gluten free foods coupon from their website that can be used when you go grocery shopping.

Foods that are gluten free are made without wheat or other ingredients that contain gluten.  This makes them safe to eat for people who have celiac disease or a gluten allergy or intolerance.  (That might be referred to as a non-celiac gluten sensitivity).  There are people who choose a gluten free diet for themselves, or for their child, who has ADHD or an autism spectrum disorder, because they believe it is helpful in reducing some symptoms.  People who do not need to be on a gluten free diet for medical reasons might choose to adopt one because they feel it is a healthy choice.  Some people feel that they avoid the “over full” bloated feeling after a meal if they eat foods that do not contain gluten.  Udi’s Gluten Free Breads has its headquarters in Denver, Colorado.  Check out their website for a collection of recipes that include their gluten free products.

Good Tip: Saving money is important – especially if you have a lot of expenses like bills to pay, loans to pay off, and all the other things that drain your bank account. Figuring out a way to save money can feel tedious to some, and like a punishment to others. U.S. News suggests that you try one of these money saving challenges. The “No Eating Out for a Month” Challenge This one is self-explanatory. The goal is to avoid eating out for an entire month. This might be super easy for people who enjoy making meals at home. People who really enjoy dining out, or ordering food to be sent to their home, may struggle with this one. It’s worth a try because spending money on take-out is more expensive than buying groceries. The Pantry Challenge This one is a variation of the “No Eating Out for a Month” challenge. The goal is to use up all of your groceries before you buy more. It forces you to try and remember why you bought a food or beverage that you don’t know what to do with, and gives you the opportunity to find a way to use it. The one exemption to this challenge is the foods that have expired. Don’t eat them! Throw them in the trash. The “No Spend” Challenge Make a goal to avoid spending money during an entire weekend. The only exemption in this challenge is that you are allowed to pay bills. This challenge is interesting because it requires creativity. You must be creative and find workarounds for problems that you would typically solve by spending money. You may have a different outlook on spending after finishing this challenge.
