Lifeway Kefir is on a mission that started in 1986.  They are here to provide the best in probiotic and nutritious foods.  Kefir is a cultured probiotic beverage that is similar in taste and texture to drinkable yogurt.  It is made from milk fermented with kefir cultures. It is also an excellent source of calcium.  All of Lifeway’s products are gluten free and 99% lactose free.  Their line of Low Fat Kefir comes in 13 different flavors.  The Non Fat Kefir comes in 5 flavors.  You can also try Greek Style Kefir.  Lifeway makes Organic Low Fat Kefir, (that comes in 6 flavors), or Organic Whole Milk Kefir, (that comes in 3 flavors).  Their Helios Kefir line is also organic.  Organic Green Kefir comes in two varieties.  ProBugs is Lifeway’s line of gluten free kids products that is also organic.  Lifeway also makes Cheese, Dessert Cheese Spread, and Lassi.  You can buy Lifeway Kefir products through their website.  Foods are sold in packs of 4, of 6, or of 8, and range in price from about $18.00 to around $42.00.  You can also get natural foods coupons from Lifeway by registering on their website.

Foods that are organic were grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, or ionizing radiation.  Organic foods are GMO free.  Foods that are gluten free do not contain wheat or gluten and are safe for people who have celiac disease or a gluten allergy or intolerance to consume.  Kefir’s products are 99% lactose free, which might make them easier for some people with a lactose intolerance to consume.  Calcium helps your body to build strong bones.  Lifeway Foods, Inc. has its headquarters in Morton Grove, Illinois.  Lifeway Kefir has opened some Starfruit Cafes in some locations.  It serves custom kefer parfaits, smoothies, and frozen soft-serve kefir with toppings like fresh fruit, granola, and more.

Good Tip: Saving money is important – especially if you have a lot of expenses like bills to pay, loans to pay off, and all the other things that drain your bank account. Figuring out a way to save money can feel tedious to some, and like a punishment to others. U.S. News suggests that you try one of these money saving challenges. The “No Eating Out for a Month” Challenge This one is self-explanatory. The goal is to avoid eating out for an entire month. This might be super easy for people who enjoy making meals at home. People who really enjoy dining out, or ordering food to be sent to their home, may struggle with this one. It’s worth a try because spending money on take-out is more expensive than buying groceries. The Pantry Challenge This one is a variation of the “No Eating Out for a Month” challenge. The goal is to use up all of your groceries before you buy more. It forces you to try and remember why you bought a food or beverage that you don’t know what to do with, and gives you the opportunity to find a way to use it. The one exemption to this challenge is the foods that have expired. Don’t eat them! Throw them in the trash. The “No Spend” Challenge Make a goal to avoid spending money during an entire weekend. The only exemption in this challenge is that you are allowed to pay bills. This challenge is interesting because it requires creativity. You must be creative and find workarounds for problems that you would typically solve by spending money. You may have a different outlook on spending after finishing this challenge.
