Full of Life makes all natural frozen flatbread pizza.  They are certified organic and 100% handcrafted almost all of their ingredients are locally sourced.   Each pizza is 9” in diameter.  They are available in 6 Artisan flavors. Choose from: Tomato Sauce Pizza and 3 Cheeses, Mushroom Pizza with Caramelized Onions, Olive and Feta Cheese Pizza with Cornmeal Crust, Cheese and Fresh Herb Pizza, Margherita Pizza with Mozarella di Bufala and Pesto, and Flax Seed and Pistacio Pizza with Red Onions and Rosemary.  The nutrition facts and ingredients list for each pizza is conveniently located right there on the Full of Life Website.  Full of Life also has a restaurant that is located in Los Alamos, California.  It is the same location as their bakery, so the restaurant only opens on weekend evenings.  You cannot purchase the Full of Life frozen flatbread pizza from their website.  This means that the price might vary depending on where you buy their products at.

Foods that are organic were grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, or ionizing radiation.  Organic foods are GMO free. Their Tomato Sauce and 3 Cheese pizza is topped with California BST free whole milk mozzarella.  BST is a hormone that given to cows.  Many people feel that it is not healthy to consume.  Full of Life has its headquarters located in Los Alamos, California.  The Full of Life website has a video of a documentary film called “A Year Full of Life”. It was created by Michael Albright.  It chronicles four different seasons and four different sustainable menus from Full of Life.

It forces you to try and remember why you bought a food or beverage that you don’t know what to do with, and gives you the opportunity to find a way to use it. The one exemption to this challenge is the foods that have expired. Don’t eat them! Throw them in the trash. The “No Spend” Challenge Make a goal to avoid spending money during an entire weekend. The only exemption in this challenge is that you are allowed to pay bills. This challenge is interesting because it requires creativity. You must be creative and find workarounds for problems that you would typically solve by spending money. You may have a different outlook on spending after finishing this challenge.
