Buy Organic Store Brands to Save BigSavvy shoppers use coupons to lower the cost of their grocery bill. Combine those with the discounts that are connected to your store loyalty card, and you save even more. Wouldn’t it be great if you could cut your grocery bill in half? Favado can help you do that.

Favado is an app that you can download onto your smartphone. It is available on the App Store and on Google Play. It comes from the company. Favado is a mobile savings app that helps shoppers stop overspending by notifying them when their favorite items are on sale.

They have money saving experts who hand select sales and coupons each and every week. Those sales and coupons are connected to more than 65,000 grocery and drugstores nationwide. This helps consumers who use Favado to discover the best deals for savings up to 70% on everyday items.

The app tells you which grocery and drugstores have the best deals. Use that information to help you decide which stores to shop at. The app helps you to quickly find out which local stores have the lowest prices on the items you buy each week.

You can get notifications when new sale prices for your favorite items have been added to the weekly sales lists for your favorite stores. Make sure to check Favado before you leave the house, and you will never miss a great price on the products you regularly purchase.

To redeem the savings, you need to add items from the store’s deals list to your shopping list. Any printable coupons that are combined with the sales can be printed out on your home computer after you email yourself your shopping list. Don’t forget to clip coupons from newspapers or magazines and take them with you to the stores.

You cannot print the coupons out from your smartphone. This is because the coupon providers use Java print software to ensure that a person can only print the coupon once per computer. They haven’t figured out how to implement that security on mobile phones. So, even though Favado is a mobile app, you will still need to use your computer in order to get the most out of it.

The amount you can expect to save by using Favado depends on how much you want to save. According to their website the average shopper can save 30% by purchasing products that are listed on sale within the app along with the other items needed.

Savvy shoppers save an average of 50% by following the sales cycles, only buying items when they are on sale, and using the occasional coupon. Super Savvy Shopper can save up to 70% by using coupons every week combined with sale prices and additional store promotions and offers.

Figuring out a way to save money can feel tedious to some, and like a punishment to others. U.S. News suggests that you try one of these money saving challenges. The “No Eating Out for a Month” Challenge This one is self-explanatory. The goal is to avoid eating out for an entire month. This might be super easy for people who enjoy making meals at home. People who really enjoy dining out, or ordering food to be sent to their home, may struggle with this one. It’s worth a try because spending money on take-out is more expensive than buying groceries. The Pantry Challenge This one is a variation of the “No Eating Out for a Month” challenge. The goal is to use up all of your groceries before you buy more. It forces you to try and remember why you bought a food or beverage that you don’t know what to do with, and gives you the opportunity to find a way to use it.
