P&G Brandsaver, and Walgreens Register Rewards

Kmart has double coupons again this week in limited areas. So far, all I have seen is that they are doubling up to 75 cents. Not too generous – I guess they found that there were a lot of us who really shopped! Kmart has a special offer this week – buy $35 worth of Proctor and Gamble products, get a $10 K mart gift card.
This deal is a good one to combine the double coupons from the Brandsaver insert with sales and the gift card. I LOVE combining deals like this.
The P&G Brandsaver insert is reason for a promotion at Walgreens, with their Register Reward Program. This program is similiar to CVS Extra Care, you get in store rebates for store credit that print at the register. Take a look at the Walgreens flyer this week. IT SAYS “USE YOUR P&G BRANDSAVER COUPONS WITH THESE WALGREENS OFFERS”. Yes, you read that right – the Walgreens flyer SAYS TO USE the P&G coupons. So don’t let any cashier or manager tell you that Walgreens won’t take coupons on Register Reward promotions, or that you didn’t get the reward printed because you used a coupon.
Take a look at our insert preview list. I think you are going to want extra newspapers this week.
