There is only one insert this weekend.  Smartsource will have a nice one full of many high value coupons.  Some highlights – A1 steak sauce will have another coupon – $1 in some areas, $2 in others.  If you are looking to buy a Phillips Norelco for Father’s day, don’t miss the coupons for $20 off an Arctec razor, $10 off a Nivea for Men shaving system or a Speed-xl 8200 series razor, and $5 off a Phillips Norelco replacement head.  Our preview is here.

If you shop at Price Chopper, you have a very good deal on Kellogg’s cereals.  Froot Loops, Corn Pops, Frosted Flakes, Apple Jacks, Rice Krispies, and Corn Flakes are 3 for $12.  They are also offered at buy 3 get 3 free!  That makes them $2 a box.  Use your $1 coupons from the RP June 7 insert.  Finally, there’s an in store rebate form for $10 when you buy 5 Kellogg’s cereals, or $25 when you buy 10 cereals.  It comes in the form of a Price chopper gift card.

If you buy 12 boxes, you could have free cereal and you may even profit with the overage. This is why couponers love to get multiple inserts!

While we’re on the subject of coupons, I want to let you know about some more counterfeits that are out there.  Many of us redeemed our mycokerewards points for coupons for free 12 packs of coke.  The coupons wound up being sold on ebay, and many were fraudulent.  Coke has withdrawn the coupon, and instructed stores to not accept them.  There are some legitimate coupons still out there, so Mycokerewards members who obtained them legally can obtain a replacement coupon.  For more information, click here.

You’ve probably seen the legitimate coupons for Kozy Shack pudding in the newspapers.  There is a counterfeit for free Kozy Shack.  Find out more here.

I was enjoying redeeming my coke points for free products, and will really miss the getting more free 12 pack coupons honestly.  Thanks thieves!!!  We all lose when cheaters prosper.

Good Tip: Saving money is important – especially if you have a lot of expenses like bills to pay, loans to pay off, and all the other things that drain your bank account. Figuring out a way to save money can feel tedious to some, and like a punishment to others. U.S. News suggests that you try one of these money saving challenges. The “No Eating Out for a Month” Challenge This one is self-explanatory. The goal is to avoid eating out for an entire month. This might be super easy for people who enjoy making meals at home. People who really enjoy dining out, or ordering food to be sent to their home, may struggle with this one. It’s worth a try because spending money on take-out is more expensive than buying groceries. The Pantry Challenge This one is a variation of the “No Eating Out for a Month” challenge. The goal is to use up all of your groceries before you buy more. It forces you to try and remember why you bought a food or beverage that you don’t know what to do with, and gives you the opportunity to find a way to use it. The one exemption to this challenge is the foods that have expired. Don’t eat them! Throw them in the trash. The “No Spend” Challenge Make a goal to avoid spending money during an entire weekend. The only exemption in this challenge is that you are allowed to pay bills. This challenge is interesting because it requires creativity. You must be creative and find workarounds for problems that you would typically solve by spending money. You may have a different outlook on spending after finishing this challenge.
