Just in time for the holiday home, there are several home and holiday deals that are expiring at the end of the day today. Make sure you order what you need as early as possible to take advantage of the discounts before Sears runs out of stock.

Don’t worry if you are exhausted from all of that Black Friday shopping, because you can get these deals online, too. Sit back in your stretchy pants and enjoy the leftovers as you scoop up the bargains.

Sears – Daily Deals -Sharp HDTV

There are a few hours left to snag the daily deal for today, and it is a good one. This offer is for $600 off the Sharp 52 in. LED HDTV with Local Dimming.

Sears – 33% off Select Christmas Trees

You know that it is time for a new Christmas tree when your tree drops needles all over the house, and it is an artificial tree. For years we have been talking about replacing our family Christmas tree. Now, with 33 percent off, we are furiously comparing types and debating about having one that is pre-lit or not.

Sears – $30 off SteamFast Floor Steam Mop

This steam mop is a great bargain when you take that $30 off. The cost then becomes only $29.99. It was amazing how after spending two days scrubbing my house for Thanksgiving, it got all dirty again in just a few hours. Cranberry does not want to easily come out of the linoleum floor. I like the idea of the steam mop, because it doesn’t require chemicals.

Sears – All Fitness Equipment, Game Room and Scooters on sale

My second-hand elliptical machine broke beyond repair last month, so I am desperately seeking a replacement. I do want one that has some programming in it to help me with my motivation. If you have a Sears card, you will be able to get an additional 5% off.

Sears – Samsung HE Front Load Washer & Super Capacity Dryer Pair

Isn’t it amazing how the laundry piles up even if you only miss a day or two. I confess that I haven’t been doing much laundry during the last few days with all of the cooking and shopping. It would be nice if I could do two loads at once. It might be time for a washer and dryer with larger capacity. This pair from Sears is only $1199.98 Elec/$1259.48 Gas.

Online Only – $20 off Black & Decker 18v Cordless Chainsaw

If you are looking for a good typical guy gift, you might want to consider this chainsaw. We already have one, and my husband likes to use it any chance he gets. Black & Decker is a good name, and this one is on sale $89.99 until the end of the day.

I just pulled out my favorite Sears deals. There are other deals and coupon links available. Some expire at the end of today, and others expire later. There is a Sears – Online Only – $5 off $50+ order, Coupon Code: SEARS5OFF50 that you should be able to stack with the other deals.

Good Tip: Saving money is important – especially if you have a lot of expenses like bills to pay, loans to pay off, and all the other things that drain your bank account. Figuring out a way to save money can feel tedious to some, and like a punishment to others. U.S. News suggests that you try one of these money saving challenges. The “No Eating Out for a Month” Challenge This one is self-explanatory. The goal is to avoid eating out for an entire month. This might be super easy for people who enjoy making meals at home. People who really enjoy dining out, or ordering food to be sent to their home, may struggle with this one. It’s worth a try because spending money on take-out is more expensive than buying groceries. The Pantry Challenge This one is a variation of the “No Eating Out for a Month” challenge. The goal is to use up all of your groceries before you buy more. It forces you to try and remember why you bought a food or beverage that you don’t know what to do with, and gives you the opportunity to find a way to use it. The one exemption to this challenge is the foods that have expired. Don’t eat them! Throw them in the trash. The “No Spend” Challenge Make a goal to avoid spending money during an entire weekend. The only exemption in this challenge is that you are allowed to pay bills. This challenge is interesting because it requires creativity. You must be creative and find workarounds for problems that you would typically solve by spending money. You may have a different outlook on spending after finishing this challenge.
