• Can you send me coupons in the mail? Sorry!  We don’t send out coupons, but we do provide you with the opportunity to access printable and online coupons.  If you are interested in receiving coupons in the mail, we do have the blog: “How to Get Coupons in the Mail, so you can find out how to start finding savings in your mailbox!
• What do all of these abbreviations mean? There are so many abbreviations!  We understand it can get a little confusing.  Read through the blog “Coupon Abbreviations” for some clarity!
• How do I use a coupon code? When a coupon code or a promotional code is “linked,” you will automatically get the discount when you check out.  Otherwise, an actually alphanumerical code will be given to you to use.  You enter this code either when you select the item to be placed in your shopping cart, or at the time of checkout.  If you can’t find where to enter the code, look for a Help, Customer Service, or FAQ page for more information.
• What is a matchup? A matchup is when we apply coupons available to current store sales to get the best deal we can.  For current lists of matchups, make sure to check out Store Deals in the Blog section of the site.

• Why can’t I print the coupons? If you are running into issues when you try to print coupons, you may have one of two issues.  1) If you have installed the coupon printer, but you still can’t get any coupons to show up and print, you may have to switch Internet browsers.  Check out this coupon printer help guide for more information.  2) You may have already printed the individual max allotted amount.  Even if you switch websites, your IP address was logged when you first printed the coupon, so you will not be able to print another coupon using the same computer.
  
• I clicked on a link that was emailed to me/posted online, but the coupon isn’t there! What happened? It is possible that the coupon you are trying to print has been taken down by the manufacturer.  This tends to happen when the max number of people have printed it.
