Post Stores with Tearpads and Blinkies

I am finding that the stores really vary as to who puts out tearpads and blinkie coupons. My supermarkets are pretty good with the blinkies, but not with the tearpads. I will usually have better luck with the tearpads with cvs and some Walgreens. I only see them at Rite-Aid if it has to do with the Single Check Rebates. Some stores used to have them on a bulletin board, but now keep them behind the customer service counter - you have to ask, and you have to know what you want. I’ve been told this is to keep people from grabbing the pad. I really miss just browsing the bulletin board for what I want.

You have to tell customer service that this stinks! Write a letter to corporate too. Those coupons are supposed to be used, not doled out. If it’s a coupon, it isn’t just one per customer, it is one per purchase. If it’s a rebate form that is one per customer, they should have it posted on the board and a note to ask for it and where. And you shouldn’t be required to purchase the item at the time they give you the form. You might have already purchased it, or you might be planning to purchase it and want the form before they run out.
