This Sunday, the goodies just keep on coming. Find our coupon preview here. We have a Smart Source insert, a Red Plum, and you will also find some good coupons in Parade Magazine. Look for Kellogg’s Cinnabon $1 and Fruit of the Loom Underwear or Casual Sportswear $1/2 in Parade. You can use the Cinnabon coupon on the package Try Me Free offer.
There are also a couple of Target coupons in the paper this Sunday, for Tide, Downy, and Pampers. You can combine those with manufacturers coupons for extra savings at Target, or at stores that accept competitor coupons. Don’t forget to check out Target’s website for additional in store coupons for extra savings.

Walgreens has Right Guard or Dry Idea on sale Buy one get one this week. Use these coupons to score some extra freebies: $1.50/2 (RedPlum 8/15), or B1G1F (Red Plum 7/25)
If you are in the Kroger area, you cannot miss their mega sale. Buy any 8 items, get $4 off at checkout. This is not a coupon, rebate, or catalina. You get the savings right away. But you must buy in increments of 8. Use your coupons, and stock up on as many buy one get one free products as you can.
Finally, enjoy a freebie from the National Parks Service. There are three free admission days remaining in the year. Spend some family time in a beautiful place!
Sunday August 8 2010 Coupon Preview: Kellogg’s and More!
You’ll find our popular preview of Sunday insert coupons here every week in this blog. We have a link to a page that lists all our preview lists, so that you can know what has been published, and what to look for in your trades with other couponers. Also, sometimes, knowing ahead helps you to know what to look forward to! Our preview today has the usual Smart Source and Red Plum inserts.
I am very happy to see coupons for Dannon and for Kellogg’s products this week. There are a lot of sales for Kellogg’s in many stores, so you will want extra and be sure to match them up to your local sales. I would love to know how you make out!
Kellogg’s also has a Fuel For School $10 annual rebate form, but I have not found it on the web this year. It appears to be distributed only in stores. I found one at Publix - my daughter in law in New York found one at her local very small Associated grocer. I will post the link if I see one. It is a short dated offer, and I think a lot of people are going to be very frustrated with it if they have to hunt down a form, rather than download one online and plan their shopping trip.
The purpose of writing this weekly post about coupon inserts is to let you know what there is so that you can plan. You cannot download the inserts, nor can you print them. You must have the newspaper insert. Both Smart Source and Red Plum have printable coupon sites as well. When you combine the weekly newspaper coupons with the plentiful assortment in All You magazine, Red Plum and Smart Source’s printables, and our printable coupon section from coupons.com, you have a powerful resource for discounts and savings. You just have to plan your shopping, and it pays off.

Sunday Coupons 7/25 and a Great Deal on Right Guard!
This is the Sunday to look for Kellogg’s coupons in the newspaper inserts. There will be a Smart Source and a RedPlum, and you will find great coupons for Special K, Raisin Bran, Eggo, and Cinnabon products. If you use these cereals, look for sales, and get some extra inserts. The coupons are $1/2. Also you will find coupons for Post Cereals. Look for specially marked packages of Kellogg’s cereals that have a try me free offer on the box. Check out our coupon preview here.
You might find a Right Guard or Dry Idea B1G1F up to $4.99 in your RedPlum this Sunday. Lucky if you do, it is a great deal. Use our printable $1 coupon for great savings on both.
There’s another new $20 Olay rebate. Buy $50 worth of Olay facial moisturizing products, get $20 back. Here’s the form.
Look in your Sunday ads for the free backpack offer from Staples. You’ll get a free backpack after rebate. Your rebate is a Staples gift card, and you can do this deal in the store or online.
From 7/25-7/31, KMart will have double coupons up to .99, with your card. There are a limited number of stores doing this, and you can find them listed here.

Super Sunday Inserts July 11, and Great Printable Deals
I hope you had a happy Fourth of July, and are enjoying the summer. This weekend there are two inserts, a Smart Source and a Red Plum. They are chock full of great coupons. The preview is here. You’ll find some Huggies coupons this weekend, as well as some other goodies you don’t see often. I like the Cat’s Pride cat litter, there’s a $1 coupon this weekend and it tends to be cheaper than other brands, and an Olay Cleanser B1G1F up to $6.99. Look to use this on special sales at CVS or Walgreens, where you might get something back as well. There are also a lot of Glade coupons for plugins and scented oil. It is very likely there will be some promotions for these soon.
If you have not checked out our printable coupons, please do so. Highlights include $3 off 10 Weight Watchers Smart Ones, and more Glade scented oil coupons, also Glade candle coupons. These can often be picked up very cheaply with coupons, especially when there is a Buy One Get One sale. Be sure to print the $1 off Dove Promises Silky Smooth Chocolate, as I predict that these will be printed quickly.

Weekend Bargains
There is just one insert in the newspapers this weekend, a P&G Brandsaver. Our preview is here. Enjoy your Fourth of July holiday! Celebrate the independence of the USA - and your independence from overspending. One thing I love about what has happened to so many of us recently is that frugal is now fashionable! And the freedom that comes with it is wonderful. Somehow, we have abundance, and yet we spend less money.
Here is some “retail therapy” for bargain hunters:
July 5 at Arby’s - free Junior Deluxe Sandwich with purchase of any drink, excluding coffee and value size drinks.
KMart has double health and beauty coupons at select stores on July 4-10. You must have a Shop Your Way card to participate. Here is a list of the stores that are participating.
Going to the movies on July 4? “Like” AMC theaters on their Facebook page, and you can get a coupon for any size fountain drink or popcorn for only $1 each. If they offer free refills, you are in luck! Also, families, groups, or daycare classes can get tickets to special family showings of g rated movies on specific dates for just $1 each. Great summer deal!
Print the Glucerna $3 coupon. This is a great deal for cereal and great tasting snack bars especially for diabetics. If you don’t want to print this, you can have it mailed to you.
Sunday Coupons June 27 2010 - Lots of Dove Coupons
This week’s Sunday coupon inserts are a great bunch of savings before the July 4 holiday. You won’t find coupons in the paper next week, since you’ll be enjoying the holiday! There are also additional high value coupons for drug store favorites in this week’ Parade magazine. They are all on our preview list, which is here.
You’ll find that the Finish/Electrasol $2.50 coupon is back, but this time it is not off one any size. Still, it is a great deal for larger packages, particularly if you can grab a buy one get one free sale and use two coupons, like you can at Publix. Don’t you love it when you buy one, the store gives you one free, and you can still use two coupons for the two items - after all, the store gets paid, so they get some of that money back!
This is also a day to take advantage of lots of Dove coupons in the Sunday inserts. Check it out! There are six Dove coupons in the paper this week, all a super value. Here they are:

Sunday Coupons June 20 2010 - Great Rebates in Smart Source!
There’s a Smart Source and a Red Plum insert in your newspaper this weekend and they are chock full of great deals. You can even begin to use them this week at some stores to take advantage of in store rebates. Find our preview here.
You’ll also find some great rebate offers in this week’s Smart Source. There’s a Try Me Free offer for Zegerid OTC up to $12.99, with a $4 coupon. The rebate starts June 20. Also, look at the great mail in rebate for Scott Towels, Bath Tissue, Napkins, Flushable Wipes, Scrub Cloths. This is up to $4 for four boxes. There’s also a mail in rebate for Logitech products to $10.
Use the Physician’s Formula $ coupon in this week’s insert at Rite Aid this week. It’s Buy one get one, so you’ll automatically get half off. Try to get two coupons if you use this product.
Now is a good time to go through your coupons and pull the ones that are due to expire on June 30. Use them or lose them! A lot of coupons will expire then.
July 4 weekend is coming up, and now is the time to get your coupons and shopping trips in order for a great celebration. There will be a Sunday insert next weekend, but not on the July 4 weekend, unless P&G surprises us again.

Now let’s talk about some freebies. If you have a Kroger in your area or Albertsons, Weis, Randalls, Safeway, Harris Teeter, or Meijer, you may be able to get a catalina for free milk. When you buy Smart Balance Milk, buttery spread, or peanut butter, some stores are printing a catalina for free Smart Balance Milk. Use the coupon from RedPlum 5/23 for additional savings.
CVS has L’Oreal cosmetics on clearance this week, for 75% off. With all the L’Oreal coupons that have appeared lately for $1 and a printable for $2 you’ll pay very little.
The $1 Muir Glen coupon is back with Coupons.com. Print two of them before they disappear.
