How to Find Facebook Coupons

Facebook is a great resource for finding coupons and staying up to date on your favorite manufacturer’s deals! In the last five minutes, I found coupons for one of my favorite restaurants, an awesome candy store, and movie rentals! That sounds like a fun (cheap) night to me! Read on to find out how to score the awesome Facebook coupons, and check out my blog post “How to Get the Best Facebook Samples and Coupons” for more information!
The first thing you’ll need to do is to sign up for a Facebook account if you don’t already have one. You can be as public or anonymous as you want! If you really aren’t that keen on Facebook, but want to reap the benefits of the coupons, consider keeping everything very bare bones: no pictures, no friends (except manufacturers), and even a nickname if you want. If you already have an account, it might be a good idea to create an extra account just for couponing if you are planning on using Facebook to get a lot of coupons. That way you don’t fill up your wall with manufacturer status updates and miss your friends’ updates, or vice versa.
Ways to Get Coupons
Once you have your account set up, you’re ready to find coupons! Coupons can be found via Facebook a couple of ways.
- ‘Like’ something – A lot of times manufacturers’ will offer you coupons for simply hitting the ‘Like’ button on their Facebook page. Remember, you can always un-Like something after you print the coupon offered, but if you do that you might miss out on other great deals!
- Print coupons – Some manufacturers will allow you to print a coupon directly from their Facebook page. Just make sure that it is a legitimate Facebook page; if you are unsure check their website. The website will likely have a link to their Facebook page.
- Links – Some Facebook pages will provide you with links to open up other pages containing coupons. Again, do your best to make sure these are legitimate coupons!
How to Find Coupons
Your may want your first ‘Like’ to be us! Like FreeCoupons.com on Facebook, and we’ll let you know about all sorts of deals and coupons available. Other ways to find coupons is to start searching for your favorite manufacturers. Just type the name in Facebook’s search bar and see if a legitimate page for them comes up. Remember, if you aren’t sure go to the manufacturer’s website to see if they have a link to a Facebook page. Also, sometimes Facebook coupons can be reset, so if you already printed them and they’re still available you may be able to re-print them a week later.
But The Coupon Isn’t There!
With more than 500 million active users, it’s obvious that Facebook is a busy place! Sometimes you’ll go to a page and like it to get the coupon, but then the coupon isn’t there. This is most likely because manufacturers only a lot so many prints of a coupon and those 500 million other people may have gotten to it before you! You’ve got to be quick with some of these coupons.
