Target Coupon Code and Free Shipping Deals Expire 4/3
Target has some great deals right now, for online shopping. I have mixed feelings on this. On one hand, if I stay out of Target, I won’t shop as much. As my friend Kathleen often says, shopping at Target is almost like a religion. Of course, the temptation is just a click away now, since the online deals are pretty good.
On the other hand, if I stay away from Target, I’ll regret passing up these deals, since I’ll probably buy the products elsewhere for more money. It is better to get them now when they are cheap.
There is a difference between shopping Target in the store and shopping Target online. When shopping at the physical Target store, you’ll want to concentrate on groceries, because you can match up manufacturer coupons with Target store coupons to get items for free or rock bottom cheap. When shopping at the Target online store, you can go bigger. Often the home, electronics and other products have better prices online. Snag a free shipping deal like the ones going on right now, and you’ll be golden. You’ll also want to take advantage of the rare coupon codes when you spot them.
With that said, check out the following Target coupon code and free shipping deals.

Coupon Preview March 28, Matchups, and All You
This is a great week for coupons in the newspaper. You’ll want to get several copies if you can. There are two SmartSource and one RedPlum insert. Find our preview here.
Use the Dove Shampoo and Conditioner coupons in this weeks RedPlum for a super deal at Walgreens. There’s a $4 register reward, and the product is priced at $4. This means you get it free, and you profit with using the coupons. It’s like I’ve said so often, coupons are cash.
Red Plum also features a $3 coupon for Snuggle Fabric Softener. This ought to make it nearly free in some stores.
Also don’t forget to pick up a copy of All You magazine, or subscribe. The latest coupons are all wonderful and high value as usual. This magazine pays for itself. Find a list of current All You coupons here. Included in this month’s All You is a 75 cent coupon for Palmolive Dishwashing liquid, which you’ll find on sale at CVS this week for $ .97. You’;; also like the exclusive printable coupons on their site.
Do You Woot?
My friend Kristy recently turned me on the the wonderful world of Woot and Kids Woot. I had heard of these web sites before, but I somehow never got around to checking them out very much. It wasn’t until Kristy started sharing the deals she was getting by posting them in her Facebook Status that I really started paying attention.
What is Woot?
In their own words, “Woot.com is an online store and community that focuses on selling cool stuff cheap.” Woot features a single item each day for a deeply discounted price. You can only get that item on that particular day, and as long as supplies are available. New products are launched at midnight central time and will be available until the next launched product or until the the product sells out.
Why is Woot cool?
Well, Woot is pretty cool, or hot, or rad or whatever your generational term happens to be simply because you can get a great product at a deep discount. Shipping is always only $5, and you can buy up to three of the same product per account. It is thrill of the chase. Really great products at really deep discounts sell out quickly. And the editorial comments that go with the products are clever and fun to read. Even if you have no intention of buying anything, you’ll want to stop by just for those comments.
What are the different Woots?
The main Woot is http://woot.com. You’ll find all sorts of products there. There is also Kids Woot at http://kids.woot.com, Shirt Woot (with free shipping) at http://shirt.woot.com, Wine Woot at http://wine.woot.com, and Sellout Woot (which is combining with Deals Woot) at http://deals.woot.com/sellout.
What are some Woot strategies?
To get the deals on Woot, there is really only one thing to do. When you spot something you want, don’t hesitate about buying it. The site never tells you how many of that item is available, so you never know when it will sell out. By the time I convinced my husband that we wanted a new featured Rooba robotic vacuum for our home that was discounted more than $80, it was already sold out.
Serious wooters stay up until midnight or set their alarms to make sure they catch the deals as soon as they launch.
Great Savings on Toys, Internet, and Office Supplies!
There are some great deals online this week that you should take note of. Everything from sales to gift cards to my favorite - the triple play! What’s a triple play? That’s what happens when an item is on sale, you’ve got a coupon, and there’s a promotion like a rebate or an in store coupon or giveback that makes it free, or even pays you to take it away!
Check out Target coupons this week, and look for the $3 coupon on Hasbro toys. Now use the coupons that were in last week’s Smart Source. You have significant savings on these toys and games. Missed the insert? No problem. Use these coupons from the Hasbro site. You should be able to get some of these toys for free or near free.
At Walmart, enjoy a $10 gift card when you pre order select video games.
Don’t miss 10% off at OfficeDepot.com through March 27.
Save $5 a month for 12 months when you order Verizon FiOS through this link.
KMart’s Coupon Blunder
Dedicated couponers have been planning for the upcoming KMart double coupon days in April. There are serious limits on the number of coupons you can double, and you must have a KMart card. However, you can still save big, you just have to go prepared. And be sure to carry the local ad with you, so that cashiers will know that they are doubling. Sadly, at many Kmarts in the past, the cashiers are the last to know about promotions like this.
KMart had what appeared to be a great coupon on its website recently. You could print it right from the website, and it offered $10 off a purchase of $20 or more. As consumers started redeeming it, there were incidents in some stores of customers being accused of printing a fraudulent coupon. Still others reported that they were congratulated by the cashier on saving so much money. Kmart pulled the coupon this week, citing “unauthorized circulation”. The fact is, KMart made a mistake.
The coupon was only supposed to be honored at select stores in New York, Baltimore and Chicago. But somehow, the “unauthorized distribution” occurred when customers downloaded the coupon from the website. It had no limitations on stores printed on it, and there were no restrictions on the number of times you could print it. Perhaps “unauthorized distribution” is what KMart calls coupon and deals bloggers sharing the information and providing the link to the website.
There’s a lot of discussion on KMart’s Facebook page about this. They have apologized for the error. My suggeston is that KMart hire some marketing people who understand blogging, social networking, and the power of the web.
KMart’s double coupon days will be April 4-10. Look here to see some coupon matchups so that you can be prepared.
More Printable Coupons
I am loving all the new printables we are getting. There are a few that won’t last. Nivea is back with $2 off Nivea Body Wash for Women. Look to see some nice deals on that return to CVS and Walgreens, we hope. And just today, New York Style Deli Snacks has a $1 printable coupon. I like to find these at Publix.
Coupons.com also has some super deals on magazines, makeup, and diapers. The Huggies coupon for $3 is really a find, and you should print that now, as they tend to run out.
Find a super freebie here, for Finish Quantumatic Dispenser system. You do not have to return the product. It is valued up to $12.99.
Don’t forget the Coupons.com deals on Easter candy!

Sunday Inserts 3/21 - More Hasbro Coupons!
There are two inserts this weekend - and a surprise! Look in the Smartsource insert, and you’ll find a bunch of Hasbro toy coupons. Looks like they had great results with their printables on Coupons.com, and are continuing the promotions into spring and summer. What great deals!
I’ll be blogging matchups with these during the week. I am sure we will see some great matchups at Target, Walmart, and ToysRUs. Over Christmas, there was a lot of activity with the printable Hasbro coupons and Target. We can only hope. These are great items to buy on sale with coupons, and then have in your reserves for sudden birthday parties, quick gifts, or grandchildren.
Our Sunday Preview is here. In addition to the SmartSource, there is a RedPlum too. It’s a great weekend again for coupons. The first weekend of spring 2010, and it looks like we are getting ready for some wonderful promotions.
